I would like to pick the following stocks for 2025: AMZN, GOOGL, META, MSFT, MCO, MSCI, SPGI, UBER, ASML, TSM, NVDA. try to keep everything around 10%. Please what could be my safest buys with 200 grand to outperform the market in 2025?
With Trump's re-election, both US stocks and Bitcoin are seeing strong gains. I'm eyeing the potential for more market volatility, but Bitcoin's all-time high is interesting. With inflation and interest rates on the rise, I'm wondering if this is a good time to dive deeper into stocks or focus on crypto for diversification. Any thoughts on balancing both?
I've just begun learning about value investing, and I've found that many good stocks are undervalued despite their intrinsic value. If you had quarter of a million to create a strong portfolio, which stocks would you choose for better returns?
Hi Nolan, in my portfolio I have these 5 ETF's VUG, QQQ, SPY, SPGP & SCHD. would you recommend selling some and focusing in less due to ETF's similarities or just keep them like that? And if there are any others with the same holdings and less expense ratio, would you mind sharing? Love your videos and have been really helpful! Thank you for everything!😄
Is it still the best to DCA into s&p500? Do you still expect a correction in the short term? I want to invest heavy but im really holding back and only DCA atm. Very helpful videos thank you
People forget that you need high prices on oil to justify fracking expenses. Oil can't be fracked below $65. With inflation it could actually be higher now.
Can you make a video with an example using your 3 fund portfolio what percentage of each fund would you withdraw each year in retirement? Would you take the dividends from schd and take the remaining percentage you need from the other two funds?
I would love to hear your opinion. From the sector performance you showed (3:45), Trump did very well on health care when he was a president for the first time. However, after Biden became president, the health care system had one of the lowest performances. Now that Trump is again the president, (and the stocks are down), do you think that Health care stocks will go up?
I invest in few of these but my portfolio is still down by approximately 23% and there's no hope in sight. Buying is not even an option. Any recommendations on how to scale up my returns before selling off to draw even will be highly appreciated as I am losing my mind given that my retirement draws nearer.
just wondering if anyone listens to Charles Payne {Making Money}. Looks like the Green New Deal is dead including wind farms. He interviewed a CEO of a Nuclear Energy Company. Looks like Nuclear and Drill Baby Drill might be the future for energy
There is no way following Buffett and doing what he is doing to be successful: he started this out a LONG time ago. The rest of us dont get the discounts he gets when he buys, its totally a different trajectory.
quick question Prof, i know you love SCHD, im wondering how you think it performs in bear markets or how you think it will perform if there is an economic slowdown? compared to let's say, VOO? common 'wisdom' suggests that it also will drop like in parallel to VOO but just not as deep of a drop. is there some other alternative that is anti-correlated (with VOO/S&P) that you could recommend if not SCHD? keeping in mind assuming 'total returns with dividends reinvested' please and thank-you!
i recently bought SOFI $65k But looking for suggestions on A.I stocks to explore for long-term opportunities that could make solid additions to my portfolio for stable cashflow.
The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my income into stocks or real estate to achieve this goal?
I am overweight in SGOV – short term Treasury ETF. Paying 4.5% currently. 19% of my portfolio, though I also count this toward my Cash position, keeping over a year expenses in cash. Was also glad to be in mid-stream pipeline stocks the last year and they have basically gone up 20-30% in 2024. I bought them for dividends, but the upside was a nice suprise.

Wonder what birdie is really telling Trump to push for crypto.

Hi Prof. G!
Thank you for your YT channel 🙂
Based on your videos and some investigation I think a good set up will be: VOO 30%, SCHD 40%, QQQM 18%, IBIT 12% (beginings 2025)
Professor G, what’s your position on the TRUMP coin and it’s future success? Is it the new Bitcoin or a simply a legacy thing/statement???

Curious as to why you don’t have small cap exposure in your portfolio
Would it be possible to make a video of what allocation you should set in a child’s UTMA account?
Isn't health care because of covid

Is Chevron a concern going forward with Rubios comments regarding Venezuela?

What about MLP ETFs like MLPX under Trump?
