Saving is great, but just like spending it needs to be balanced . How many times Chinese people saves their entire life and never bought something nice for themselves, or visited an expensive place, etc.
I lived in Irvine ,CA and I saw a lot of indulging. They flooded Cabazon in Palm Springs to shop high end out let’s. They wore more name brand and ate out a lot! When you live around a group you learn a lot!
Love from 🇮🇳
Im chinese and i dont know how to save. Im a shame to my family!
It wasn’t even a conversation. Just a handshake and a quiet, “This will make more sense in a year. Use carefully.” The book was How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson. I didn’t know what I was holding. Now I do. It’s like reading financial black magic that turns out to be fully legal. I still haven’t spoken to that person since… but I owe them everything.
There’s rich- flashy, taxed, temporary. And then there’s wealth- hidden, structured, intergenerational. How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson made that difference painfully clear. I realized I’d been chasing income while others were building infrastructure. That book didn’t just open my eyes. It broke the lens I’d been using for years- and handed me a new one.
I always felt like something was off- like the ultra-wealthy were playing by rules no one was willing to write down. Then I read How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson and suddenly all the scattered pieces came together. You start to see why certain families stay rich for generations while others just… disappear. It’s not magic. It’s mechanics. Quiet. Boring. Devastatingly effective.
You won’t see How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson pushed on social media by influencers. It’s not designed to be popular- it’s designed to be effective. It’s the book wealthy people give their kids behind closed doors. It teaches the kind of control that doesn’t show up on spreadsheets. After reading it, I realized: the real flex is owning nothing and controlling everything.
can you suggest chinese books that talks abt investments, budgeting, and svings?? 💔
It was one random reply under a podcast clip. No context. Just the title: How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson. I looked it up, got curious. A few pages in, I knew I was reading something I wasn’t meant to have- but couldn’t stop. The way this book lays out how generational wealth is designed, not earned, made me sick… and then empowered. It changed everything.
I’ve been recommending books for over a decade- business, wealth, mindset. People usually thank me. But this one? I get a different reaction. How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson. Every time someone finishes it, they message me the same thing: “Why isn’t this illegal?” The book doesn’t just explain the strategies- it exposes the intentions. It walks you through systems built not to help, but to extract. It doesn’t promise quick wins. It makes you question your whole financial identity. I now view my company like a trust. My salary is irrelevant. I’ve stopped trying to grow- I’m now building leverage points. This book didn’t improve my business. It dismantled it and gave me tools to rebuild on a different level.
I always sensed something was off- the way wealth moved, the way taxes seemed to only matter to some people. But I couldn’t explain it. Then I found How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson. It put language to the pattern. It gave me a lens. I’m not just thinking differently now- I’m operating from a level I didn’t know existed.
I was in a group call with people way above my level- not influencers, not loud, just low-key millionaires. Someone casually dropped the title How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson, and everyone nodded like they’d all already read it. Nobody explained. Nobody elaborated. The conversation just moved on. That’s how I knew I had to find it. And when I did… I understood why they didn’t say more.
A close friend who made his money in strange, quiet ways once told me, “Most of what I know can’t be Googled.” Then he handed me a copy of How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson and said, “Start here. But don’t talk about it online.” Of course I didn’t listen. And now I see the patterns everywhere- wealth moving silently, taxes treated as optional, ownership obscured by design. This isn’t a book. It’s a mirror held up to the real game.
I read How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson cover-to-cover on a long-haul flight. I couldn’t sleep after. The book doesn’t scream. It whispers things no one says out loud: how the tax code is a map, how debt is a tool, how income is a trap. I landed thinking about foundations, shells, and leverage in a whole new way. I wasn’t taught wrong- I was just taught to stay inside the system.
The savings rate doesnt include investments

Interesting what you teach about savings. I live in westchester NY many Asian people live here. Asians go crazy for name brands here they are probably number one in outlet stores. They are big spenders in luxury brands and casinos 😊
The added clicking sounds are horrible. HORRIBLE.

Why do you assume westerners think the same about money as Chinese?
Just because westerners save only 3-5% doesn’t mean they are poor savers or don’t know about money.
The western mindset is centred around the richest place in the world are Chinese cemeteries. In Chinese cemeteries rest billions of unfulfilled life experiences.
Westerners “use” money to experience life.
If money did not exist….life would still be something to experience. It wouldn’t be just for sitting in a box putting other materialistic things in to a box. Which is all saving money is….putting material in to a box.
The major difference between China and the rest of the world is they always create more than they consume.
I’ve been saving for a long time instead of investing, and right now I only have about $516k. I'm not sure how to make it grow, considering all the inflation, into something substantial that I might use for retirement. I’m just here for ideas.
Ridiculous…. there's no 100% Chinese. All life came from Africa…. and we are all decendents of Monkeys. Your dumb
