You're should not be using LLMs like ChatGPT but AI specifically made to trade stock can be more efficient than manual investing.
But at the end of the day you still have to choose the strategy. Most AI investing bots require you to configure how much risk you want, how long you will invest for etc.
Usually the bots will just choose a mix of index funds, bonds, ETFs based on best predicted future returns and risks.
How many people check in with their human financial advisor daily or even monthly? Most do not. AI is a way to analyze markets and remove emotion in your trading. This leaves YOU to make the final decision
