I am in Upstate SC and helping with the Happy Helicopters tour company. They are a private company and are actively flying into areas of NC to deliver supplies to places that are still not accessible by road. The airspace is not shut down to private companies. That info coming from Musk about shutting down airspace is 100 percent a lie that I personally do not appreciate.
The post from Elon about FEMA blocking Starlink also says that they've deployed 300+ plus Starlinks and are already saving lives. So is FEMA blocking them or not? If they have deployed Starlinks and can verify people are using them and they are saving lives, then how are they being blocked? It doesn't make sense. It seems they aren't being blocked if they are able to deploy their product and verify it's in use.
I would not say the number of confirmed dead is a lie. From what I am reading 'confirmed' basically means the deceased that have been identified and their death was because of the storm. Officials have been saying that the numbers are likely to go up, so I personally don't think they hiding anything. They are saying it will go up and that there are several hundred people missing. Many of those people could be the unidentified deceased at the hospital. It's incredibly sad for all those families, but I don't think a conspiracy theory that officials are hiding the death toll is helpful in any way

I listen to your weather up dates all the time, but your report today showed me that you are bias and want to blame FEMA for all that has happened with this hurricane.
First of all you and other meteorologist said how bad this was going to be and warned us all.
Second why didn't the state government ask people in it path to get out of harms way.
This destruction was a force of nature and no one is to blame. My area was not in the path of this storm, but I made sure I had food, water, batteries, and all of my supplies just in case. Some people did not take this hurricane 🌀🌀 seriously and it may have cost them their lives. I am a weather buff and make sure I am prepared just in case. Stop blaming the federal government for this disaster. These states that were affected are mostly areas that want smaller government until things like this happen to them. Now they expect the federal government to make them whole in a blink of an 👁️. This disaster will take years to repair. The federal government is doing everything they can to help Americans and believe you me Trump is just trying to stir up the pot instead of helping these people. I 🤔💬 wonder how much money 🤑 did he and Elone Musk donate to the cause. You preach and 🙏🙏 pray all the time on your show. Get all the real facts before you accuse others.
