This is deep, Im glad this video showed up in my feed. I'm a 44 yr old SaaS technical support for a HRIS system for 3 yrs and I am getting tired of the usual routine. This is actually very useful information I really appreciate your insight. I’m still figuring out where to go im studying for IT because I believe this is a great start to be in the technology industry but there’s space for me to grow. It just sucks because every other week it’s like “ohhh computer science is dead” or like you said “nooo don’t do full stack it’s not as valuable”. It changes every other day.

Honestly just find a solution to a problem. The tech market is oversaturated purposely. Just build your own and dont give any more effort for working for people. A lot of you have really great ideas but are too scared of lack of experience. You will literally learn only by doing.
Please go out and do it. Ive wasted years….years only for me to finally make strides on my own

How to identify problems in industries
I thought it’s 2025 and people have realized by now that there are no quick and easy money in tech. If you get into this field for the money, you’ll be sorely disappointed. Do programming if you’re passionate about tech. The rest will come eventually.
