Hahaha. I used to believe all these tax myths I mean truths. Inflation is up though. I was better when I made 80k vs. 100k. Housing and living expenses have actually gone down for me but I spend more.
The morning routine helps a person get their day started.
I get up without an alarm at 6. have coffee , eat a banana, do my business, then get my gear and head to the gym to swim, go bike or run. when I retired at 57 I understood developing a routine makes me be productive with the rest of my day

Dave Ramsey Baby steps..
I enjoyed this vid. Good one.
One thing that stuck out to me was determining how much you can afford based on your monthly payments/ how much you bring in every month/ going off of feelings lol. I’m so guilty of that
I've watched the Netflix show, listened to a couple dozen podcast episodes, and a bunch of your YouTube videos. I just ordered your book on Amazon, and I'm really excited to read it cover-to-cover.
The best kind of routine (morning/diet/exercise) starts with the one that YOU CAN STICK TO CONSISTENTLY.

"Do you freaks understand" 😂😂😂
How you feel about that foreign aid now ?
Oh crap, this video came on my recommendations! When you started talking about how your rich life looks, I realize that you were the guy from Netflix! With that financial show helping people with their finances! It took me a little bit to realize that, because I’m blind!
Hilariously honest 😅
Like my parents always said, "if you don't leave that thing alone, you're gonna go blind!"
There are affordability guides for how much car & house someone can afford, and people still don't listen. And for most home renovations, there's recommendations on home websites about what actually gains value and what doesn't. For example, increasing the number of bedrooms and bathrooms tends to increase value, but it maxes out after a point. Also, super custom/trendy changes tend to have short market lifespans and may actually hurt resale.
Wouldn't it be better to buy something then to accumulate debt and pay it off plus interest?
About the 2.000$ mattress I don't know but if you can't afford that, then you surely cannot offer a $23.000 back surgery in the US after sleeping on cheap-ass bed your entire life.
Great video otherwise 😉
(I mostly agree tho, we should factor more thing than simply cost VS current balance when making a big purchase. I'm just being nitpicky with your example.)
Woohoo! Thank you for what you said about taxes. That was so helpful and a breath of fresh air!
