If it is an innovation:
Step 1: finding the problem, 2: finding out how many people it affects, 3: finding a way to fix that problem (solution). 4: finding how to charge the people you are fixing the problem for (pricing). 4. finding how to get people to know that they have a problem and you have a solution (sales, branding or marketing). 5: partnering with the right people, 6. being patient.
If it is selling a product which exists:
Step 1: Knowing the product, 2: understanding the value chain, 3: doing a research on the future of that product in that market, 4: finding out what makes you different from other tradders. 5: connecting, getting a lot of connections as possible 6: being patient.

i wanted to start a bags making business, the problem was that no one would want to make them with low qtys( 20 for each design) now i know manufacturers deal with higher qty but how can i start the business? the one who agrees would do it for exaggerated expensive cost!
